آمن هو التطبيق الرسمي لمديرية أمن طرابلس، بوابة رقمية آمنة تصل المواطن مباشرة بالخدمات الأمنية من هاتفه، وتغنيه عن الطوابير والأوراق وقاعات الانتظار. من الإبلاغ عن حادثة مرفقة بصور أو فيديو، إلى إيجاد أقرب مركز شرطة، يضع آمن خدمات المديرية في جيب كل مواطن. Aamen is the official mobile application of the Tripoli Security Directorate — a secure digital gateway that connects citizens directly with security services from their phones, sparing them the queues, the paperwork, and the waiting rooms. From reporting an incident with photo or video evidence to finding the nearest police station, Aamen puts the Directorate's services in every citizen's pocket.

التطبيق مبني على نظام آمن وموثوق، ثنائي اللغة (يدعم العربية والإنجليزية)، ومتاح على أندرويد وiOS. The app is built on a secure and reliable system, is bilingual (supports Arabic and English), and is available on Android and iOS.

الشكاوى والبلاغات Complaints & Reports

قدّم شكاواك وبلاغاتك (سرقات، حوادث وغيرها) مباشرة من التطبيق، مع إمكانية إرفاق الموقع ليعرف الضابط مكان الحادثة بدقة. Submit complaints and incident reports (theft, accidents, and other incidents) straight from the app. Reports optionally include a location, so officers know exactly where the incident happened.

الالتقاط والإرسال Capture & Send

صوّر أو سجّل فيديو من كاميرا التطبيق في مكان الحادث وأرفقه بالبلاغ كدليل، مع الموقع والتفاصيل في خطوة واحدة. Use the in-app camera to take photos or record video at the scene and attach them to a report as evidence, with location and details attached in one step.

زر الطوارئ SOS SOS Emergency Button

بضغطة واحدة تُرسل نداء استغاثة مرفقاً بموقعك إلى المديرية لتُوجَّه المساعدة إليك بسرعة في حالات الطوارئ. One tap sends a distress signal with your location to the Directorate so help can be dispatched quickly in an emergency.

حادث، سرقة، أو أمر لا يبدو صحيحاً؟ مع آمن لن تحتاج إلى البحث عن الجهة المناسبة أو عمّن تتصل به. افتح التطبيق واضغط زراً، وبلاغك في طريقه مع الموقع وكل ما التقطته من صور أو فيديو في المكان — هاتفك نفسه يساعدك في الإبلاغ. An accident, a theft, something that just isn't right? With Aamen, you don't have to work out where to go or whom to call. Open the app, tap a button, and your report is on its way together with the location and any photos or video you captured at the scene — your phone helps you with reporting.

كيف يعمل التطبيق How It Works

ثلاث خطوات فقط تفصلك عن الخدمة. Only three steps stand between you and the services.

1. سجّل 1. Register

أدخل رقم هاتفك وكلمة المرور، ثم وثّق حسابك برمز OTP يصلك عبر رسالة نصية. Enter your phone number and password, and verify with the OTP code sent to you.
