Aamen is the official service of the Tripoli Security Directorate. This policy explains the personal data the app collects, how it is used, and the rights available to you.
البيانات التي نجمعها Data We Collect
- الاسم الكامل ورقم الهاتف Full name and phone number
- الرقم الوطني وجواز السفر وأرقام السجل المدني National ID number, passport, and civil registry numbers
- تاريخ ومكان الميلاد والجنس والجنسية والحالة الاجتماعية Date and place of birth, gender, nationality, and marital status
- عنوان السكن والموقع الجغرافي الدقيق للجهاز Home address and the device's precise geographic location
- صور الوجه المستخدمة للتحقق من الهوية Facial images used for identity verification
- الصور والملفات المرفقة بالشكاوى والبلاغات وطلبات الخدمات Photos and files attached to complaints, reports, and service requests
- معرفات الجهاز ورموز الإشعارات Device identifiers and notification tokens
كيف نستخدم بياناتك How We Use Your Data
نستخدم بياناتك للتحقق من هويتك، ومعالجة الشكاوى والبلاغات والتقارير المصوّرة، وتقديم الخدمات الحكومية مثل إصدار المستندات وخدمات المرور، وإشعارك بحالة طلباتك. لا يتم بيع بياناتك ولا استخدامها لأغراض إعلانية. We use your data to verify your identity, process complaints, reports, and photo reports, deliver government services such as issuing documents and traffic services, and notify you of the status of your requests. Your data is never sold or used for advertising purposes.

تتم مشاركة البيانات مع هذه الجهات بالحد اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة فقط. Data shared with these parties is limited to what is necessary to operate the service.
حماية البيانات Data Protection
تُنقل جميع البيانات عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، وتُحفظ بيانات الدخول في وحدة التخزين الآمنة للجهاز، ويبقى التحقق بالبصمة داخل جهازك. نحتفظ بالبيانات للمدة التي تقتضيها الأنظمة والقوانين. All data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), login credentials are stored in the device's secure storage, and biometric verification stays on your device. We retain data only for the period required by regulations and law.
حقوقك Your Rights
يحق لك الاطلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها وطلب حذفها أو حذف حسابك، وذلك من داخل التطبيق أو بمراسلتنا على البريد الموضح أدناه. You have the right to access your data, correct it, request its deletion, or delete your account — either from within the app or by emailing us at the address below.
